A Gallup poll done for Newsweek magazine indicates only 38 percent of Americans approve of the way President Reagan is handling his job. It said Reagan's popularity had dropped by 10 percent since its June 1982 poll, and his disapproval rating climbed five percentage points to 50 percent.
