Israeli panel summons Sharon a second time

The Israeli commission investigating the Beirut massacre summoned Israeli Defense Minister Ariel Sharon for more questioning.

The commission was honoring a request of military intelligence chief Yehoshua Saguy in issuing the summons for a second appearance. General Sharon had informed the commission Dec. 15 that he did not want to ''appear in person'' again.
