New government named in Albania

Albanian Prime Minister Adil Carcani announced a new government, naming 10 new ministers, the official Albanian news agency reported. Prokop Murra replaced Kadri Hazbiu as defense minister.

Earlier, Ramiz Alia was named Albania's head of state, replacing Haxi Lleshi, who had held the post since 1953.
