Syrian missile site razed in Lebanon, Israel says

Israeli warplanes raided Syrian positions in the Lebanese mountains east of Beirut, the Israeli army announced.

A spokesman said the planes destroyed a Syrian SAM-9 missile launcher at Dahr el-Baidar, a strategic mountain pass on the Beirut-Damascus highway.
