Last Thursday's primary election roundup wrongly referred to Lowell Jackson of Wisconsin as that state's GOP lieutenant governor. In fact, Mr. Jackson had been secretary of industry, labor, and human relations in Gov. Lee Dreyfus's cabinet. He left that post to launch his unsuccessful bid for the Republican gubernatorial nomination.
