Kissinger sets up firm for global consulting

Former Secretary of State Henry Kissinger has set up an international consulting firm that includes Lord Carrington, the former British foreign secretary, the Washington Post reported.

Kissinger Associates Inc., for a retainer reported in economic circles to be of large clients in the corporate world,'' the Post said. Dr. Kissinger is chairman of the new company and its president is retired Gen. Brent Scowcroft, a White House national security adviser under former President Ford. The rest of the lineup is also considered impressive.
