Correction

On Monday the Monitor incorrectly reported that the Reagan administration has requested $785 billion in 1983 economic aid to Israel, and that Sen. Alan Cranston has sponsored an amendment to increase that aid to $910 billion. The correct figures are $785 million and $910 million, respectively. The Monitor regrets the error.
