US Postal Service back in the black

Postmaster General William Bolger expects a $400 million surplus this year - triple the original projection and only the second time since World War II the Postal Service has been in the black.

The postmaster says he is optimistic the service will not have to raise the price of the 20-cent first-class letter until 1984.
