Federal judge rules Haitians' detention illegal

Haitian activists said they will press for the immediate release of 1,910 of their countrymen being held in detention centers, basing their plea on a federal judge's ruling that the incarcerations are illegal.

But whether the court ruling will result in the release of the Haitians remains uncertain.
