Chalk up another group -- women in trade unions -- angry with President Reagan over lost jobs.

Joyce Miller, president of the Coalition of Labor Union Women, told delegates at a recent Los Angeles convention that the CLUW's solid gains since its founding in 1979 are being seriously challenged.

Every program that encourage the hiring or training of women, or the development of new jobs for women, has been cut, Mrs. Miller said.

''Women had only started their climb up the economic ladder when Ronald Reagan lowered the boom,'' she said. ''Trying to climb that ladder with the President stomping on your fingers is not easy.''

Government reports show almost 300,000 women lost jobs during the first three months of 1982.
