Guinean leader, in office since '58, wins new term

President Sekou Toure of Guinea, Africa's longest-serving leader, was reelected for another seven-year term. Radio Conakry said he won an ''overwhelming majority'' in presidential elections in which he was the only candidate. President Toure became head of state in 1958 when Guinea won independence from France.
