Salvadoran Cabinet OK'd; former officials included

El Salvador's new Constituent Assembly ratified a 15-member Cabinet, assigning some key posts to members of the previous Christian Democratic government. The former president, Gen. Jose Guillermo Garcia, retained his position as defense minister. The new government of interim President Alvaro Magana includes four members of each of the nation's three main political parties.
