Robert C. Cowen wins space writers' award

Monitor Natural Science Editor Robert C. Cowen has won a 1982 Aviation/Space Writers Association award for ''Man in Space: Chapter Two.'' Mr. Cowen was a recipient of the award in 1973, and received an honorable mention from the AWA in 1981 for ''What we are learning from the planets.''
