The five-nation Western ''contact group'' on Namibia (South-West Africa) hopes to hold more talks with the South West Africa People's Organization (SWAPO) after a successful round of talks with SWAPO in Luanda, Angola, last week.

The official Angolan news agency Angop quoted Chester Crocker, US Assistant Secretary of State for African Affairs, as saying the talks helped promote mutual understanding.
