New Woman

Contrary to a report in the Monitor, New Woman magazine has not ceased publication. This was an error. Quite the opposite, the eight-year-old magazine was selected ''Magazine of the Month'' for January by the Gallagher Report in New York.

According to this report, New Woman is the fourth largest single-copy seller in the woman's magazine field and the l4th largest single-copy seller among consumer magazines. It has a circulation of 1.3 million.
