Von Bulow convicted of attempted murder

Danish socialite Claus von Bulow was convicted of twice attempting to murder his wife, Martha von Bulow, by injecting her with insulin. The jury deliberated for nearly 38 hours before reaching a verdict.

Mr. von Bulow was freed on $100,000 bail and faces up to 40 years in the Adult Correctional Institute at Cranston, R.I. Defense attorney Herald Fahringer announced there would be an appeal.
