Domenici: Congress will mold bipartisan budget

Senate Budget Committee chairman Pete Domenici said he is optimistic Congress will produce an alternative to President Reagan's budget that both Republicans and Democrats would support.

''I believe in the very foreseeable future we'll put together a bipartisan effort,'' the New Mexico Republican told a meeting of the American Paper Institute.
