Abraham Lincoln was the best President ever and Warren Harding the worst, a survey of 49 historians and political scholars says. Richard Nixon came in second - from the bottom.

The survey, conducted for the Chicago Tribune Magazine, rated the 10 best and 10 worst Presidents.
