Organized labor's outlook for Year Two of Reaganomics: 'even deeper' unemployment ahead.

So says Rudy Oswald, AFL-CIO's research director. He estimates that more than 25 million workers face temporary or permanent job losses this year if the Reagan administration sticks to its present economic course. The jobless rate now stands at 8.4 percent.

AFL-CIO likes to point to Britain, where unemployment has jumped from 6 percent to 12 percent in two years under similar conservative policies. That compares with 8.8 percent joblessness within the 10-member European Economic Community as a whole, up 30.4 percent from 1980 levels.m
