Still recovering from organized labor's massive rally last week, the nation's capitol is bracing for another "grass roots" event. On Oct. 6 the National Association of Home Builders, the National Association of Realtors, and the National Automobile Dealers Association will stage an "Unlock the Economy" rally. The housing and automobile industries have been hurt the worst of any segment of the economy by current economic conditions. Heavily conservative and pro-Reagan in the past, they have become dissatisfied with Reaganomics, in particular with high interest rates.

They will be urging the administration and Congress to cut deeply into the defense budget to keep the deficit near $42 billion and trying to pressure the Federal Reserve Board to loosen its control on the money supply.m
