55,000 new electronics jobs forecast

Those bold ads hawking jobs in electronics mean business. In the next four years, the 700 US companies in this field estimate that they will need 55,000 new electronics and computer-science engineers, according to a survey made by the American Electronics Association. The study also pointed out that there will be a need for 18,000-plus electronic technicians and over 65,000 assemblers.
