Reagan's next theme -- touchy social issues

With his economic recovery program on track, President Reagan plans to make his position "loud and clear" on social issues -- particularly abortion -- when he returns to Washington next month, says deputy press secretary Larry Speakes.

There are a number of social issues pending in Congress, such as busing, prayer in school, and abortion which the Presid ent is prepared to meet before the end of the year.
