Berrigans, 2 others draw prison terms for break-in

The Rev. Daniel Berrigan, his brother Philip, and two other peace activists were sentenced to 3- to 10- year prison terms for breaking into a General Electric missile plant and damaging equipment. Four other defendants convicted with the Berrigans of burglary and criminal mischief received lesser jail terms.

During their trial, the defendants admitted they entered the GE Re-Entry Systems Division building in King of Prussia, Pa., Sept. 9, 1980, and damaged two missile no se cones with hammers.
