$65 million for Zimbabwe from world aid groups

The World Bank and the International Development Association have approved $ 65 million in loans and credits for Zimbabwe, the bank an nounced. along with the loans and credits, the first such funding for Zimbabwe, the bank announced that a total of $146 million had also been approved for the Sudan, Tunisia, Malawi, and North Yemen.

The Bank said in a statement that Zimbabwe will receive $50 million from the bank and a development credit worth $15 million for an imports p rogram to rehabilitate the country's manufacturing.
