One killed, one injured in space shuttle mishap

One aerospace worker was killed and another was reported in critical condition thursday after being stricken with nitrogen gas after completion of a mock countdown on America's space shuttle. The mishap, involving a total of at least six workmen, occured about two hours after the successful mock countdown was completed.

Astronauts Bob Crippen and john Young, who were at controls of the orbiter Columbia during th e test, had left the area before the accident.
