Where condo costs are highest

US condominium prices, according to a survey published by Housing magazine, are highest, not in expensive-to-live-in big cities, but in the ski resort of Aspen, Colo. Comparison of cost-per-square-foot purchasing prices, the magazine said, varies by geographic location:
