the US charge d'affaires was summoned to the Soviet Foreign Ministry Monday to receive a formal protest in the growing war of words between Washington and Moscow over global terrorism, informed sources said. The move came after the Soviet news media stepped up charges that the US was the major te rrorist power in the world.
