A state judge has granted the brother of Lee Harvey Oswald a temporary injunction against Michael Endowes, an author who seeks to exhume the body of President John Kennedy's assassin. Mr. Endowes contends that a Soviet agent, not Lee Harvey Oswald, killed the President on Nov. 22, 1963.

"No necessary or compelling reason for the threatened exhumation or autopsy are shown. In short, rumors, speculative theory, conjecture, and public curiosity will not suffice," the judge ruled.
