Part of a $157 billion defense money bill, the House has approved $19 million earmarked for equipment for nerve gas plant equipment at Pine Bluff, Ark., and artillery shells for the gas. The Senate approved $3.5 million authorization for construction of the plant as part of a $5.1 billion military construction authorization bill.
