The Fiendish Plot of Dr. Fu Manchu is a minor footnote to the career of Peter Sellers, who plays the villain and also the Scotland Yard man who chases him. It's the kind of picture where someone says "Fu Manchu" and someone else says "Gesundheit." Silly.
