Phillippe de Broca mastered French comedy in such films as "That Man from Rio" and "King of Hearts." His latest, Practice Makes Perfect, is about a lecherous concert pianist who gradually matures into a mellow middle age. It's prettily filmed, but seems more libidinous than insightful . . .
