Qantas, the Australian airline, is selling round-trip tickets between Los Angeles and either Sydney or Melbourne for only $199 -- about 80 percent less than the lowest fares offered on the route. Three hundred people camped outside Qantas in Los Angeles Monday night to buy tickets that went on sale Tuesday.
