Planes again delayed by computer failure

The Federal Aviation Administration's regional air traffic control computer failed Sunday for the eight time in six weeks. The latest breakdown lasted from 2:35 to 3:11 p.m. Pacific daylight time, delaying the departures of 22 aircraft in San Francisco and three aircraft in Oakland.
