Saudis in West Germany for talks on oil issues

King Khalid of Saudi Arabia, on his first state visit to Bonn, began four days of talks Monday with West German leaders which are expected to focus on the Middle East problem, oil supplies, and th recycling of Arab oil wealth. The King's opening discussions were with President Karl Carstens.
