US, Egypt, Israel to meet over new autonomy talks

Egyptian, Israeli and US negotiators are to meet in Washington soon to discuss resuming the stalled talks on Palestinian autonomy, Egypt's foreign minister Kamal Hassan Ali said Monday. His announcement came after President Carter sent Egyptian President Sadat a message aimed at resuming the discussions. No date was immediately available.
