Lebanon blames Israel for Sidon bombing

Lebanon Monday submitted a complaint to the UN Security Council blaming Israel for last week's shelling of the southern port city of Sidon in which five people were killed and 11 wounded. A government spokesman said the complaint followed a meeting of President Elias Sarkis, Premier Selim al-Hoss, and Foreign Minister Fuad Butros.
