Lord Killanin, president of the International Olympic Committee, won agreement from President Brezhnev Wednesday to eliminate national anthems and flags from the Moscow Olympics in an attempt to prevent a widespread boycott, Soviet sources said. Lord Killanin slipped into Moscow unannounced and met the Soviet President just hours before Mr. Brezhnev was to travel to Yugoslavia to attend President Tito's funeral.
