IMF seeks credit plan for bolstering Turkey

A 15-man delegation from the International Monetary Fund began talks here Thursday with Turkish government and Central Bank officials on a new credit agreement to help pull turkey from its worst-ever economic crisis. Negotiations will continue at least 10 days.
