Muslim women take part in a demonstration by the Islamic political party Hizb ut-Tahrir against France's banning of full face veils from public spaces, outside the French Embassy in London, on Sept. 25. The woman on the right is wearing a Niqab.

In September, France's senate passed a law banning full-length face coverings, including burqas. The law awaits the signature of President Sarkozy. Belgium passed a similar law earlier this year.
