Hundreds of thousands of Pro-Choice demonstrators rally for abortion rights during the 2004 March for Women's Lives in Washington DC.

With crowd estimates varying from 500,000 to 1.15 million, the April, 25, 2004, the March for Women's Lives was likely bigger than the Glenn Beck and Colbert/Stewart rallies combined.

Organized by a number of reproductive rights and women's rights organizations, including NARAL Pro-Choice America, Planned Parenthood, the American Civil Liberties Union, and Code Pink, the march through downtown Washington featured Whoopi Goldberg, Janeane Garofalo, former Secretary of State Madeleine Albright, and many other prominent speakers.
