The TSA has received 700 complaints in screening more than 34 million passengers.

You can ask for a supervisor or manager there at the airport, or pull out your laptop or mobile device and access “Talk to TSA.” Your comment will go directly to the person in charge of TSA customer service at your airport. You can also call the TSA Contact Center at (866) 289-9673 or e-mail the agency at tsa-contactcenter@dhs.gov.

“Since the pat-down was implemented on Nov. 1, we’ve screened over 34 million passengers at security checkpoints,” says Horowitz, “and have received less than 700 complaints.”
