The Bridge of Sighs

Over the past few months I have been making my way through Richard Russo's novel The Bridge of Sighs. While it could have used some editing in places, it is the sort of novel that a reader can "hunker down" into with great pleasure.  The characters he introduces become part of your life very quickly and  the time spent with them is, finally, time well spent.

We want to hear, did we miss an angle we should have covered? Should we come back to this topic? Or just give us a rating for this story. We want to hear from you.

Let me know about a good book you've read recently, or about the book that's currently on your bedside table. Why did you pick it up? Are you enjoying it?
