Don Quixote

Rereading Don Quixote by Miguel de Cervantes had been on my to-do list for years. A few months ago I got the audio recording of Edith Grossman's beautiful English translation, and I'm so glad I did . "Don Quixote" is so full of storytelling that having it read aloud to me was pure pleasure. It's easy to see why this is one of the world's great novels! The characters and stories are unforgettable. The novel is funny and wise, and some of the moral lessons are surprisingly timely. I'm almost done and will miss having Don Quixote and Sancho Panza keep me company while I walk, weed, and drive around town.
