Our name is about honesty. The Monitor is owned by The Christian Science Church, and we’ve always been transparent about that.

This trilogy of bestselling novels winds throughout three generations – before, during, and after the US Civil War – of two families. The Mains are slave-owning Southern planters and the Hazards are Northern industrialists.
