A Wrinkle In Time (ABC, 8-10 p.m.): Madeleine L'Engle's beloved children's story comes merrily to life in this vigorous film version. Meg Murry (Katie Stuart), her friend Calvin (Gregory Smith of "Everwood"), and her gifted little brother, Charles Wallace (David Dorfman), set off on an interdimensional trip to rescue their father from the alien "It." Unapologetically Christian, the science-fiction story quotes St. Paul right along with Emily Dickinson.
The Dick Van Dyke Show Revisited (CBS, 9-10 p.m.): For those of us who grew up watching the old comedy hit, it's great fun to see the cast reunited. The story catches up with Rob and Laura Petrie after 40 years off TV. Carl Reiner and Rose Marie join Mary Tyler Moore and Dick Van Dyke to reminisce (with clips from the original series). Ray Romano hosts.
Dawn of the Maya (PBS, check local listings): Archaeological evidence has revealed a Mayan culture so sophisticated it rivaled ancient Egypt. But today, a new generation of archaeologists has discovered an even older Mayan culture - so called "preclassic" - at Cival, Guatemala, existing 2,000 years before the Spanish set foot in South America. This fascinating documentary is beautifully made.
Frasier (NBC, 9 p.m.): The award-wining spin-off of "Cheers" comes to its series finale after 11 years of roller-coaster antics. Marked by witty repartee and ribbing of all things psychiatric, no up-turned nose ever went without a drubbing. But how will it end - will all the loose ends be tied up at last? Or will they leave us guessing...
