Planet Hollywood Comes Home (ABC, 10-11 p.m.): Arnold Schwarzenegger, Sylvester Stallone, Bruce Willis, and Demi Moore host this special on the gala opening of the star-memorabilia restaurant in Beverly Hills. Included are performances by Sinbad, Elton John, and Chuck Berry.

Jacques-Yves Cousteau: My First 85 Years (TBS, 9-11 p.m.): ''I have devoted my entire life to discovering these treasures,'' Jacques Cousteau says in this special celebrating his aquatic explorations, ''guided by a single purpose: to share them with you and protect them for other generations to come.'' This program recounts some of the master oceanographer's travels with his trusted vessel, Calypso, providing exquisite underwater shots and rare footage from Cousteau's personal archives.

* MONDAY

CBS This Morning (CBS, 7-9 a.m.): This week, the morning news show recognizes viewer-nominated individuals such as bosses, clergy, and parents who have made a difference.

The Flintstones (Cartoon Network, 9-10 p.m.): As this cartoon celebrates its 35th anniversary, the Cartoon Network airs the first 10 episodes of the series this week. Instead of beginning with the familiar ''Meet the Flintstones'' theme, the shows feature a restored ''Rise and Shine'' song, which was the original opener and closer for the cartoon during its first two seasons.

* TUESDAY

Roseanne (ABC, 8-8:30 p.m.): The Conners pose as the all-American clan in this black-and-white episode that parodies the ''perfect family'' sitcoms of the '50s.Arlington National Cemetery: a Mirror of America (Disney, 9-10 p.m.): In honor of Veterans Day, this program presents the stories behind some of the 240,000 grave sites in Arlington National Cemetery. Highlights include the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier, the Space Shuttle Challenger memorial, and President Kennedy's eternal flame.
