When comparing the editorial "Three Basics on Bosnia," May 13, and the Opinion page article, "The Bosnia Dilemma - What to Do," May 13, I come down on the side of the latter. Its author outlines the terrible complexity of the Bosnian problem and then suggests that it be put in a world context. Her ideas of high-profile deliberations and diplomacy at the highest levels will lead toward a meaningful solution, or at least a cessation of killing and other atrocities. We need the "continuing channel" that she
