BUSH, CLINTON RACK UP DELEGATES

Democrat Bill Clinton took a giant stride Tuesday toward wrapping up his party's presidential nomination. Following big wins in the Indiana, North Carolina and Washington, D.C., primaries, Clinton has just under 80 percent of the 2,145 delegates he needs for a first-ballot nomination at July's Democratic National Convention. President Bush has already clinched his renomination at the Republican National Convention, in August.
