WORLD ROUNDUP NBC television showed an Iraqi video Monday of what the Iraqis said were two American prisoners of war. Both appeared badly bruised. Baghdad radio had said Iraq was moving the prisoners to ``economic and scientific sites,'' apparently to deter air strikes. The US strongly protested to Iraq Sunday over the apparent mistreatment of prisoners. Twenty-two American and allied servicemen are missing after four days of air attacks.... German Chancellor Helmut Kohl's Christian Democrats, seen as pro-Persian Gulf war, lost power Sunday in Hesse state elections to antiwar Social Democrats and the Greens.... Haitians voted Sunday in runoff legislative and local elections. The vote was generally free of confusion, officials said.... Mongolian President Punsalmaagiyn Ochirbat travels westward this week with an unprecedented visit to Washington on Wednesday....
