Norway accuses Libya of torturing 2 seamen
The Norwegian government accused Libya Tuesday of torturing two seaman, one of whom died from his injuries. The seamen were aboard the Norwegian freighter Germa Lionel, which was seized at Tripoli May 11. The ship was released last month after its owners pledged not to reveal publicly what had happened.
